Founded by Drago Azinovic Alvarez, AZOR was created with a single governing purpose: to deliver consistent, risk-managed returns through disciplined process, not prediction, not speculation, and not guesswork.
We operate exclusively within the S&P 500, the 500 most liquid, most transparent equities in America, and we do so through a proprietary algorithm developed over four years of independent research, real-market observation, and continuous refinement by our founder, Drago Azinovic. Every entry, every exit, every risk parameter is defined in advance and executed automatically, without discretion, without emotion, and without exception.
Our Philosophy
At AZOR, we believe that consistent performance is not the product of predicting markets. It is the product of responding to them with precision and discipline. Our investment philosophy rests on three foundational principles.
Capital preservation comes first. Growth of capital is impossible without its protection. Every trading session begins with downside management as the primary objective. Profit is the natural consequence of avoiding large losses, not the starting point.
Process over prediction. Markets are adaptive, complex systems. Attempting to forecast them consistently is an exercise that fails even the most well-resourced institutions. AZOR’s algorithm accepts this reality and operates within it, focusing exclusively on how to respond when defined conditions are met.
Transparency and accountability are non-negotiable. All AZOR trades are executed and recorded through Interactive Brokers (IBKR), an independent, institutional-grade brokerage whose records AZOR cannot alter. Performance is reported in full, including all periods, net of commissions, with underlying trade data available to qualified investors on request.

We are aware that trust must be earned, and we have built AZOR’s entire operating model around earning it. Our algorithm trades only the most liquid equities in the US. Our risk framework enforces hard daily loss limits that halt all activity the moment thresholds are reached. Our positions are closed at the end of every session, eliminating overnight exposure to earnings surprises, central bank announcements, and macro dislocations that occur while markets are closed.
The numbers reflect the discipline: a backtested annualized return of 36% against the S&P 500’s historical average of 10%, with a Sharpe ratio of 2.66, more than five times the benchmark’s 0.5, and annualized volatility of 4.75% versus the index’s 15.1%. How It Works for You
AZOR Investing is built around a client structure designed to put you in control. Your capital remains in your own Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account at all times. All trading activity, account statements, and performance reporting are generated directly by IBKR, an independent institutional brokerage whose records AZOR cannot alter. AZOR does not act as a broker-dealer or bank, does not accept client deposits, and does not have withdrawal access to client funds. This structure ensures that transparency is not a claim, it is a structural guarantee.
